Physical Science CP - BJU
The physical science course is an overview of physics and chemistry which will be needed later in high school science courses.
Biology CP and Honors - BJU
Students are taken on a quest to understand God’s living world, from the microscopic world of the cells to the macroscopic world of plants, animals, and the human body. Case studies, webquests, lab activities, and questions help students think like scientists and understand that biology makes sense from a biblical perspective.
Chemistry CP and Honors - BJU
Students gain the tools to build an understanding of atomic structure, chemical composition, and chemical reactions. Throughout the course, students will put these tools to work in different fields of chemistry in ways that can show them the impact that chemistry can have to help people and to wisely use God’s world to glorify Him.
Anatomy Honors - Apologia
This advanced biology course covers both the anatomy and physiology of each of the human body’s organ systems for those students who have successfully completed high school biology and chemistry.
Physics Honors - BJU
This course will prepare students for a university-level physics course. It provides the student with a strong background in one-dimensional and two-dimensional motion, Newton’s laws and their application, gravity, work and energy, momentum, periodic motion, waves, optics, electrostatics, electrodynamics, electrical circuits, and magnetism.
